Refund policy

At Sparsh Koro, every product is printed on demand after your order is placed. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order or before production begins, whichever comes first.
  • Once an order has entered the production stage, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.

    Refunds

    Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

    • You receive a damaged product.
    • You receive the wrong item.
    • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
    • Your order is lost during shipping.

    If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Non-Refundable Situations

    We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind after production has started.
    • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
    • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
    • Minor color variations due to different screen displays.
    • Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
    • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

    Exchange Policy

    As all products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
